Ådehlÿ Rakÿh Uphnoew (/hiˈləlz/ /ufnoˈuː/ [bald] [kitten]) is a subtropical Large Town located in Êpíavathêfê County, Yuttul̄ Kingdom, within the United Kingdom of Undermountain.

The name Ådehlÿ Rakÿh Uphnoew is derived from the Dwarven language, as Ådehlÿ Rakÿh Uphnoew was founded by Zlêga Härtfewy, who was culturaly Dwarvern.

Ådehlÿ Rakÿh Uphnoew was founded durring the early 15th century in fall of the year 1433, by Zlêga Härtfewy. The establishment of Ådehlÿ Rakÿh Uphnoew was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Zlêga Härtfewy electing to pay people to resettle in Ådehlÿ Rakÿh Uphnoew.

Ådehlÿ Rakÿh Uphnoew was built using the conventions of Dwarvern durring the early 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Ådehlÿ Rakÿh Uphnoew is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. Orderly arrangements of columns, pilasters and lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, niches and aediculae can be found everywhere such that only size of building and yard can be used to measure the general prosparity of a given building's owners due to a general wealthy feeling the style gives off.

The style used is famous for its stately symmetry, classical elements, and grand appearance. Columns and pillars, such as Corinthian columns, are often seen supporting open structures or porticos. Symmetry is an important feature of this style, with each half of a building mirroring the other. Domed ceilings and windows grace these buildings, with everything placed in a mathematical arrangement.

Ådehlÿ Rakÿh Uphnoew's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in spring and involves bloodletting to channel Conjuration energies of tier 3 via chanting.
